The rooms are a decent size and functional, equipped with a coffee machine, twin beds, and 2 bathrooms. The hotel offers good services and has fresh, above-average breakfast choices. The experienced hotel staff is excellent at cooperating.

our stay at this hotel was excellent. The location, right next to the metro station, was extremely convenient for us as we frequently needed to use the subway. The hotel itself is situated in a real neighborhood, giving it a more authentic feel. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They even allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived early so we could go for a walk. The room was modern and clean, with great amenities such as free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well-equipped. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great addition. The breakfast offered an extensive range of options, with a chef making omelettes to order. The view from the 19th floor overlooking the lights of the city was breathtaking.

Fairly clean hotel in a favourable location with spectacular views to Sokolniki park. Nicely furnished, newly remodelled room and excellent co-operating staff at the reception desk.

The breakfast was above average and large, a great way to start the day. The beds were perfect, and there was very good Wi-Fi and coffee in the room. The hotel's location is magnificent. The staff at the reception desk was very very helpful.

The rooms here are newly furnished, cozy, and offer pleasant views; the service is excellent, with freshly prepared breakfast and friendly staff always wearing a smile.

The hotel is conveniently located near main tourist attractions. The room I booked was cleaned daily with a comfortable queen bed. I enjoyed drinks at the nearby Kolbasoff bar, which is only a 5-minute walk away.

WE DIDN'T LIKE AT ALL THE TREATMENT OF MISS NATALIA (BLONDE WITH SHORT HAIR) BAD MANNERS AND BAD EDUCATION AND ANOTHER THIN BRUNETTE GIRL WITH LONG HAIR AND THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ALSO WITH THEM, AS WE WERE GOING TO HAVE A FIGHT ... THE THING WENT LIKE THIS ... THE 1 DAY THE JANITOR WHEN ENTERING TOLD US THAT IN THE 1 FLOOR WAS LUNCH FOR US ... THE 2 DAYS I ENTER NATALIA COVERING PAPERS WITH HANDS AND ARMS AND SAYING THAT WE WERE FROM THE OTHER DINING ROOM. AS IF THAT WAS A VIP AREA... .IN THE OTHER DINING ROOM THE OTHER BRUNETTE LADY ASKED HER WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WITH MUCH PRIDE AND PRIDE SHE SAID THAT WE SHOULD SPEAK TO HER IN "ENGLISH" AND I SAID THAT WE COULD ALSO SPEAK IN SPANISH, FRENCH, AND ITALIAN, CORRECTLY... A BAD FEELING....BUT IT WASN'T JUST US BECAUSE OTHER GUYS WHO LOOKED LIKE SOUTH AMERICANS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. AFTER LUNCH WE WENT TO THE DINING ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR TO GET SOME EXPLANATIONS AND THE GIRL OF ALL DAYS TOLD US THAT WE BELONGED THERE ON THE 1ST FLOOR...WE DIDN'T LIKE THE TREATMENT

The staff were friendly and the rooms were pleasant, with a big balcony that we enjoyed; it was a great location for exploring the city and we liked that the Russian Exhibition Center was nearby.
